Gambling Sites: Now Protected!

Government has put restriction on offshore gambling companies that work in the UK in a move to make way for a tax grab by the Treasury. John Penrose, who is the minister of tourism and heritage Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), said that this act would protect clients and close a flaw which gives web-based gambling companies a prejudicial advantage over British companies by insisting that all businesses based in in Britain are run by the Gambling Commission.
Penrose said that "These proposals are crucial to help report concerns about the gambling problems and to fill a gap by making sure that British consumers enjoy reliable standards of protection, for all the online gambling sites they log in to.
